Here’s a Glimpse at How We Work and What You Can Expect
Step 1: Free Introductory Conversation
During our first conversation together, we will guide you through a thoughtful discussion about what you’re seeing in your organization and what changes you envision. Our goal is to listen and gain a clear understanding of your challenges and assess if we are a right fit for each other. After our conversation, we will follow-up with resources for your continued consideration and schedule a follow-up together.
Step 2: Assessment & Recommendation
Through our initial discovery conversations, we are able to understand your needs and make a recommendation for how we can help you and your organization. We will customize one of our three offerings: Excellence at Work, Resilience at Work or Best Place to Work Consulting based on your very specific goals. At this stage, we tell you exactly what we are going to do to help you lead powerfully, be resilient and excel.
Step 3: Contract
Now that we have ironed out all the details of your program, the last thing we need to do is send you your contract and formalize our engagement. You will have time to review and request any changes. When finalized, we get right to work!
Step 4: Leadership Engagement & Goal Setting
To begin, we bring together all the leadership and other stakeholders that will be participating in the program. Individually, we understand each person’s role, responsibility, challenge and goal for his or her division/department. Collectively, we commit to excellence and work together to improve the organization as a whole.
Step 5: Employee Interviews
Next, we interview employees to better understand how they work, where they feel challenged and what they would like to experience at the workplace. Through this process, the employee’s voices are heard and we are able to start tapping into their greatest potential.
Step 6: Training
We conduct onsite learning events for leaders and their staff. During this customized experience, you and your employees will learn strategies, tools and techniques to reach your goals through powerful leadership, effective communication, accountability, balance and even joy.
Review & Consulting
Step 7: Monthly Check-Ins
After the training is complete, we check in on your progress regularly to offer coaching and support. We equip you with all the tools and resources to maintain momentum and the changes we implemented in your organization. We ensure your success by staying closely engaged with you throughout the entire process and long after.
